They have robo-called almost daily for 3 mos, asking for "Carlos Ortiz", and that he should call them back. First time I called back, I got someone who said "Litigation", but as soon as I asked why they call me daily, they hung up. Today I tried calling again, message said "Vanderbilt & Associates", but when put through to an "operator", as soon as I said it's a wrong number, why do they keep called me, they hung up.
they say they are invesagating someone. can not understand them..and to call this number for more information. so i call the number above and they just hang up on you!!! they will not stop calling..everyday at 3:30 the call comes in.

The best part is that they do not even have a business license as a Credit Collection Agency as required by Florida laws.
If they try to use CCA9902590, look it up, and you will see it's for Buchanan Capital Management LLC and neither entity has filed a Fictitious Name in Florida....

Call me multiple times per day. I find them harassing. They're looking for someone else and hang up on me when I call them back.
