they call and leave no message. I called back Iit says its Elk Grove CA which is where i live, but when I ring it says verizon no longer in service. So its a scam

This number calls me everyday starting October 29th. I've answered on first ring and get dead silence. Have called the number back. first phone rings then goes silent and get a busy signal. they call and never leave a message. They ring three times then hang up. Call Spammers
