Have been getting 5-6 call’s nearly every day for 3 months from +1 (614) 754-4056 leaving the following voicemail: “This message is from Comenity Bank it is extremely important that you return this call as this is a time sensitive matter Comenity Bank can be reached at 1-800-749-0571 we have documented this attempt to notify you of this matter the number again is 1-800-749-0571…” I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE PEOPLE AND NEVER HAVE. They are continually harassing me by calling up to 6 times a day, even on weekends (Sat&Sun) at all times of the day, even up to 9pm at night.

They keep calling with same sort of messages for someone I have no idea who they are.

Never asked for a loan

If they would have left a message that my payment was declined due to the processing center was oversees, I would have answered it. But, I agree with the above comments. Calling multiple times a day from multiple numbers across the U.S. is harassment.

I receved a voicemail with a woman who said she was calling regarding some business I had with Commenity Bank and that the case had been escalated to her office and that I needed to call her back at 855-334-4197 x1277353 by the next day and the call sounded rather threatening. I looked up Commenity Bank and that number wasn't even listed on their website. I called Commenity directly and asked them about it, they looked up my name and had no record of any kind of an account under my name.

Unknown to me. Got angry kept telling me "he was at this number"
Hung up on them.

Called 3 times today 9:13am, 11:09am, 5:13pm. Two rings, no message, hangs up.Usually they way they have been calling since before the holiday.
