I answered and there was a recorded message that gave me a phone number to call with a case number but it gave it so fast I didn't have time to call back. They also gave me the option to press 0 to speak with someone. A lady picked up and asked me if I knew (my mom) I asked her to take me off of her list and not to call again. When I asked what this was about, she hung up.

CALLERS ARE BOTH MALE AND FEMALE WITH HEAVY, BROKEN MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT.

I figured it was a scam so I didn't asnwer.

Tape recorded message, thick accent, sounded East Indian, threatening, I only listened long enough (seconds) to establish it was a scam before hanging up.

I answered, you could hear a lot of background noise, I said hello again no response, I just hung up and blocked the call

I received a call from this number. The caller ID herself as my granddaughter and said she was in a car accident that was her fault. She was given a court appointed attorney. She didn't wish for me to contact her parent. She provided a case number (M1003). When I insisted that I would contact her parent, she hung up.

I've gotten repeat calls from unknown numbers and this one. It was about 15 calls in an hour! I finally answered and there was an man with an accent claiming to be with the U.S. Government's Health & Human Services department saying that I qualify for a grant in the amount of $14,556.18. I told him I wasn't interested and got demanding that I continue to talk to him. I listened and told him I was still not interested. He insisted that I speak to his grant account manager and told me some approval I'd # and direct phone number of (206)204-4863 to the grant manager. He then wanted to know if I wanted my monies on my bank card, credit card, direct deposit into my bank account or pre-paid card & wanted my info to those accounts! Someone claiming to be a John Carter also with a thick, I'm guessing Indian accent, came on the line. He started in with the same hoopla. I then told him that this was the third time I was saying this & that I was not interested. He didn't like that and asked if it was because I was financially stable. I told him yes and that maybe the government should put this money towards something more useful and that's when he started yelling and asking if I make more than 10k per month. I told him again that I was still not interested in his "offer" and he proceeded to yell at me and tell me he was going have my social security blocked! I just repeated myself again and told him to not contact me again and he hung up.

They called early in the morning, to lower my interest rate on credit card. This scam wants to know your number on the card and hangs up. Will not answer a call back. A way to get your credit card number and use it!!!!

They threatened that if I didn't call back something bad would happen.

Guy with East Indian accent. Said he was from Microsoft and that my computer had been hacked. He tried to tell me Microsoft was calling to fix it and needed access to my computer. I told him there was no way Bill Gates was going to have the millions of Windows 10 users get a free service like this from Microsoft and there was no way I was going to give anyone access to my computer. He argued saying my Norton Security was not protecting me from hackers. Yeah, right. The nerve of some people. They ought to be found and prosecuted for cyber crime.
