They are driving me crazy, and I don't know who they are.

This company buys public records and then calls all the phone numbers claiming to be be a collection agency for an old debtor.

This is a collection agency. Does anyone have their address? If you WRITE them and tell them to stop calling, they have to.

I saw a post on one of the sites from the Colorado Attorney General warning that they are collecting without a license in Colorado. You may want to check and see if they are licensed in your state.
