Xlibris publishing company trying to get me to publish a book. refuse to remove me from their call list

she new my name. called me at 6pm didn't mention my name asked if i still wanted to publish a book. i've never written a book so i was confused. she called me back at 6:20 i didn't answer she left a voice mail saying hey rachel i was just wondering if you were still interested in publishing your book with us...ect. I don't know how they got my number but its pissing me off its not the first time its happend

harassing calls after refusal of service

May 23, 2011, I received a phone call from this number. I did not answer voice mail pickup. They left 4 music message, like jazz music to be exact. I'd decided to look this number up instead of calling to find out what the hell they want. The news channels are warning not to do call backs to unusual area codes because its a plot. For example if you call them back, you will be charge excessively on your phone or cell bill. One case a person was charge $33,000.
