The message announces who they are calling for, advise if not that party to hang up, have a 3 second pause, and then announce they are a attempting to collect a debt. Does not give any info about the debt. They use the 3 second silence approach trying to embarrass people into a response and still be legal.

They call, I do not give them info until they tell me who and why they are calling, I get a first name and then they gave rude when I ask them where they are from. They say , " so you wont tell us if you are..." I go you called me, you don't know who you are calling and not willing to answer my questions?? they say " I will put you down as not co-operating and hang up.. The first time they just hung up.. I blacklisted them on my phone.

their non-stop calling irritates you come on now 4 to 5 times a day even on Sunday isnt it illegal to harrase people that much the calls start from 801 am thru 859 pm

They call 4 to 5 times a day looking for somebody that doesn't own this # you tell them its not you their looking for and they don't listen I have to block their calls & they still continue to call its been 3yrs now are they a bunch of morons

Call came in on this number at 7:30 this evening and I answered....no one there. I had a call like this before from the same number and they are identifying themselves as Swicher and Associates, a law firm and they are were talking about my Discover card debt. The guy knew my information and when I asked who he was he would not give me his name. He got nasty when I asked who he was.

this number calls morning, afternoon, night - a pest really - you say hello, no answer...you asked to remove my number from the lists, no answer...must be a whimp with no balls either!

These people have been given our attorneys name address and phone number and still call here. Our attorney has spoken with them and they even got rude with him. These people need to stop. They even told our daughter what it was about and that is wrong!!!!!!! Stop these people.

This number calls several times a day at all hours. I have no idea who they are or what they want because they NEVER leave a message. If they would just let me know what they want, I could help them, but because they don't I am on my way to blocking them. A very ineffective way to run a business.

This phone number calls 6-8 times per day starting a 7:30 a.m. EST and ending at 10:30p.m. EST. EVERY day; saturdays and sundays included. Even if the person who they are oooking for lived here, this company isnot following state laws of a maximum ofone phone call per day. This company is just another example of debt collection companies doing what they want to do regardless of the law knowing they can get away with it because they have a team of lawyerrs at their disposal. Working in the computer industry, I have access to knowledge of their inner workings and know(via coworker) that this company has an area in the center of a large room that is lined with lawyers offices on th eoutside walls. The area in the center is called the shark tank and while working to fix one of the companies computers,my coworker was able to over hear "the sharks" conversations. One shark said, " I don'tcareif your are 100 years old with no legs or if your husband is dead....you are responsible for his debt. We will take your car, your house and your savings until the debt is paid. ..... We don't care if you dont have the money.........."

Between the number of phone calls and the verbage that is used while collecting debt in this company, this type of harrassment is akin to mob-like behavior. NEVER talk to these people yourself...ALWAYS use a lawyer as a liason.

This company should definitely be investigated by the FBI. This consumer wouldn't be surprised if this company has some questionable investors.

Very annoying company. They keep calling multiple times a day looking for someone who does not live at my address. Operators will hang up as I request my number to removed from their calling list, or they will not acknowledge what firm they represent.

Call all hours night and day and leave nasty messages!
