A few days ago we had two calls within hours of each other from a recording.. female voice- 844-854-5527. saying IRS was filing a lawsuit and to call them immediately.. Horse shit! I called the number back from another phone and could tell by the background noise, it was a calling center - lots of voices can be heard talking. A person answered with a heavy Indian accent, saying "IRS, may I help you?" I didn't say a word.. and he hung up.

got the automated mess. recording said final notice legal action was going to take affect! call844-854-5527 now ???? this was the 1st. time I have ever received a call from this number 8/19/15

This person called my number new my name .My husband got the message when he called he got someone in India accent and they said we owed back money and were being persecuted and we needed to go to our bank and wire 4900.00 to them.

Called stating I owe back taxes from 2008 to 2012, want payment of $5872 or they will send officer to arrest me! Huge scam, can barley understand them. Indian accent. Do not be fooled!

When my husband called to tell them to stop calling us, the operator said, "OK, Go F_ _ K yourself!". This is a SCAM! Do not be FOOLED!

Same thing. Computer generated voice claiming to be from the IRS, wanting a call back to this number to avoid a lawsuit.

They called me twice today, told me the same thing about filing a law suit so I reported them to Do Not Call registry.
