I know the reason these people are calling is because I filled out a sweepstakes for a vacation; in the rules, it says you are giving them permission to contact you. I just didn't think they'd be so persistent.

F-wits tried to FaceTime me Saturday! Luckily I'd already blocked the number after they tried to call me previously and I googled the number.

woke me up again. no message or person on the line.

Caller id showed "cell phone ca". No message left.

received approx 150 + calls last night from about 7:pm through the night, at first tried to call back, phone dissconnected or not in service at this time, after about 10 calls I blocked the number but was still receiving voice messages (no message left only silence) even after blocking number and deleting messages I was still recieving the voice messages.
I shut my phone off to get some sleep and woke to find full voice messeges and messege box full, googled the number and suprised to see lots of comments from poeple with the same issue and phone number, how can we STOP IT! Very frustrating to say the least...

I blocked them as they call regularly and no one answers

Calls began at 2137 last night and CONTINUED until I shut the phone Off at 2258. Total number of calls 24. What can be done to stop this?

They are moving south. I have seen complaints about "OCC LUCKY SEV" from last year and complaints are from DC and Washington state. Now from LA this year and the nuber calling me is 714-463-6150.
714 is Orange County and using this site I have determined that they are comming from Yorba Linda Ca. As others, they call and either hang up or dead air. No response.
