these people called claiming to try and collect a debt, when i asked from where they said in order to give me any information they need to verify my social security number and name. So i said i need to vrefiy who they were before giving my information and they hung up on me. SCAM!!!!

this company calls 3-5 times a day on my cell phone looking for 3 different names of people. When I told them that I am none of the above they asked for my name, date of birth, and last 4#'s of my ss# inorder to "remove" my number???? I don't think so!

Ended up just saving as contact and selecting send directly to voicemail in the options menu to stop the annoyance. It will never leave a message.

These people are relentless! They are also buying Zombie Credit to try to hound you into making a "small" payment on an aged account! Don't do that, tell them to Build a Bridge and get over it! Most of the account they collect are past the statute of Limitations, you can check your own state to see the length of time in your state. I believe this company's name is CBI or CBE....I think they are trying to collect for Direct TV! I have a disputed claim against them and an attorney! So now lets see who has the last laugh! #1) I am not a slave to my telephone, so I don't answer calls that I don't want to get! or don't know! #2) I don't owe Direct TV anything, I have a copy of my service agreement, and a copy of my last bill and proof of payment. Case closed....don't call me any more!

They were formerly E.R. Solutions and now Convergent Solutions owns them. They are a DEBT COLLECTOR. Here is their DO NOT CALL page to report a number that is being called.

ya, I get called about 3 times a day first call at around 8am, second around 8:30 am then around 1 pm and so on,I've waited on line for a pick up from other end and it eventually hangs up with the if you would like to make a call" "shit, really! I want the people on the other end to pick up their line so I can find out who they are , but they don't respond back to me, it appears that some co. out there is working on creating a data base for a call center and keeps selecting same numbers, it is quite irritating!
