Told them 1000 times they have the wrong number but they still call

When I got a new phone number from Shaw Mobile, the folks who had the number before me had collection agencies calling and texting. I texted for them to STOP and they doubled up on their calls. I would suggest that if FDR phones or texts don't answer.
