They called from an "unavailable" number. Said I will receive $9,000 grant. She tried to verify my info by repeating my name, phone number and zip. She had the wrong zip code, but I didn't correct her. Then after repeating her self over and over with a terribly written script, she gave me a confirmation number and told me to call (509) 587-3612. That customer service person wanted a credit card number or banking info. When I didn't jump at that, she mentioned Western Union. Gave me a spiel about needing to pay $287 that I would later have refunded; but it couldn't come out of my $9,000 grant money. This person also repeated herself over and over with a terribly written script. She asked how long it would take me to go to Western Union. I told her 1/2 hour. She told me to call her from the parking lot, and not to mention this to the person at the Western Union. {{{{{Sounds like a bad situation to drive to Western Union}}}}} NO WAY IN HELL AM I DOING THIS!!!!! I may have been born on a Wednesday, but it wasn't last week. :D (Too funny) I love stringing scamers along.
