This person calls constantly. She only speaks Spanish. They call in early morning hours and constantly wake us up. We know that the person who had our phone number before us has financial problems. I have tried to get this number blocked, but I have been told that 049 numbers cannot be blocked. I am about ready to have my number changed just so we will be able to get a good night sleep. Also, when she calls, she will call back 5 to 6 times in a row.
