Leaves message about lowering credit card rates.
Calls come in any time of day..

My caller id said the it is an unknown caller. Left no message but could here only normal breathing sounds on the answering machines.

Caller ID says "name not found" The area code is invalid/unknown, so I would be careful of this one. I did not answer the phone.
