Said they were from Comcast, but seemed fishy. Knew that I had just requested an upgraded service and my name. Requested me to verify my address, and I said I would rather call them back. Not convinced this is Xfinity as I don't think there's anything I need to do once I upgrade a service. I wouldn't answer this calls from number. Call 1-800-XFINITY if you want to contact Xfinity.

Called saying they are from XFINITY but didn’t have my order details or anything. Wanted me to give all the details. Very Fishy.

Called saying they were Comcast and that they were cancelling my online order for service. They knew my exact address and said I needed to call them back if this is a mistake. I checked my Comcast app to see if Comcast was cancelling my order. They were not. This is most likely a scam... The call is from Mahwah, NJ

Called saying they were Comcast and my payment didn’t go through. Ordered new services online with my debit card and the money has came out of my account already but they were asking for an account number through the phone. Don't trust it, probably a scam.
