I got a call from them today and within an hour later began to get a call again. They had my name, and claim to be dell, I could barely understand them. I dont trust this place because its a New Jersey, white pages number. I mean who runs a telemarketing service out of their home? No-one!

I got the call today Jan 17 2011. It is an outsourced collection agency that represent many different companies. In my case it was from Pep Boys credit department.

Just got this missed call. Good to know its just dell and annoyed to know this is the first of many calls.

I get these calls twice a day, early morning and evening. A friend told me to Google the number to find out who is making these calls. I am a good customer of Dell, but I will be calling them and canceling my account. If this is the way they treat their customers, then I don't need them.
