I get the same thing.....they keep calling my husband constantly....saying he has an unsecured loan with them and that if i do not pay it then he is taking legal action....the funny thing is....about 2 years ago our kids got sick and ran up a huge medical bill and we filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy...so when i explained that to him he said he was excluded from that and no bankruptcy in the United States would protect me from him....really?!? wow....

its all a fake. I got the police involved and they said the same thing. File a poilce report and tell them to send you the legal documents and take it to the police station.To make sure. Also right down the numbers and time they called. i am going through the same thing with a R Hent for a loan I never got. Also get a bankstatement.. This is what the police officer told me to do here where i live. it will be ok

they have been calling me for a week and harassing with serving me documents and taking to court for a payday loan I actually never took. These people are scammers but it's hard to prove it. They always call from different numbers and say false names.
