Scam called with arrest warrant. Left voice mailed. Called back offering me a Fed grant

Left a message with synthesized voice, claiming there was an arrest warrant out for me. Never addressed anyone in my household by name. Thought it was a scam. Obviously, I was right.

Got a call from 202-239-1947. Here name was Amanda Parker.

These people called me claiming I had back due taxes owed and a warrant for my arrest would be issued if I didn't call them back ASAP. I called them and they wouldn't give me their ID number (they gave me their phone number and when I asked for their ID number again, they said, "are you kidding me?" I said I was going to report them to the police and they hung up on me. I googled their number and found they were spam
