Phony call I'm ten and there saying that there going to file a lawsuit on me that called me ten time a day

I've have had them call me ten time a day and say that there the irs and there going to show up at my doorstep and arrest me finally my mom turn them into the fbi hint I'm ten years old guess what they can file a lawsuit on a ten year old scam scam

I had two phone calls on July 5th at 5pm and 6pm. The caller left a robotic voicemail claiming the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and I must call back. FYI to anyone who files their taxes or ever deals with the IRS... they NEVER call. They will only send out paper documents and leave a paper trial, never trust a phone call that claims they are the IRS.

ed back with phony phone number and pretended to order pizza. Guy Indian accent guy said he was irs and I had a lawsuit without even asking my name. I kept demanding a pizza delivery and then he told me about an Indian dish like pizza. Swore at me at end of call.
