Scam caller. Claimed to be US Grants government. Asked for bank details

I have received 3 calls today. When I call back the number on my caller ID there is a recorded message saying I have "reached and unassigned # at the Environmental Protection Agency."
Same thing, said I won a grant, called number and no answer. Scam
1-202-564-9823 calls every 30 minutes or more. I'm on the donotcall list also. Not important if they do not leave a message.
received a call from 202-564-9823 stating that they had a 10,000 $ grant to give and needed our visa card number. when stated that we would ONLY agree to a money gram the lady said she would check if they could and gave a call back number of 206- and when we called three times it was busy and then a guy answered and when given a first name hung up! SCAMMNERS!!!!
