Just got off the phone I took the conversation a little farther. Mentioned the 9,000 grant that I wouldn't have to pay back said it was for being randomly selected out of so many that haven't files bankrupt etc. Said his name was Alexander spoke with an accent said to contact Robert Lee at another number to discuss how to do the grant. I never called the other number .

Caller did not leave message. Called number back; recording said was it has been disconnected. This got scam all over it. Just delete it.

Caller spoke in very broken English, told me I was randomly selected by the US Government to receive a $9,000 grant, I hung up.
I just got the same call and I guess he got frustrated with me he was definitely Asian. He kept say I could either take the money or not but that it would be at the west Union bank or something like that.
everytime I try to call this number back it just keep saying its disconnected but they keep calling me saying I owe money
