It's a bogus. A guy called me and congratulated me on winning $7,000 grant from the government. They wanted me to give them a bank acct and rott # to put money in the account. I tried to find out the number to call back, but he was reluctant not to give it and kept telling he needs to verify info. I hung up on him.
