Call came in to my cell phone, it rang once, and then was hung up during the second ring. My caller ID indicated the call was from DC, which is consistent with a 202 phone prefix.

Called, rang my cell 2x and hung up before I could answer. Seems to be auto call.

If your phone carrier has the option of allowing you to block a # it will work. You will see the # come across caller ID but your phone will not ring. I think the message they receive is that the person you are calling is not taking calls at this time. The DNC list no longer works. The national news stated about a year ago that they do not have the manpower to handle the DNC anymore....ha our tax dollars at work. Good Luck BODC
