Called twice saying they're the IRS telling me there is a judgement against me and I'm to return their call and gave a 312 area code number.

Yes, they called me twice. I never called them. Did you speak to the IRS and they told you that everything was fine?

Called left message saying they were the IRS and I owed them and needed to settle my account before it goes any further. It is a scam. I do not owe the irs.
