automated call received with no personal info or name given only asserting that I was under investigation by the IRS and that I should call them back right away at the 202-800-9902 number. I would expect a certified letter delivered to my home address, not a phone call from a barely audible/intelligible automated message with no real information other than an attempt to scare me to call some unknown number.
