same story. i do not answer, but repeated calls, someitmes all within a few minutes. no idea.

This person calls continuously and I allow it to go to voice mail. He/she says nothing at all - just noises in the background.

I also just got a call from this number...I heard voices in the background and someone breathing on the phone, but then they hung up without talking.

did not answer but repeated annoying calls made at various hours
