I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND WHEN I CALLED BACK IT SOUNDED DISTIORTED AND MY NUMBER WAS BEING REPEATED; SO THEN I HUNG UP. I BELIEVE IT IS SOME TYPE OF SCAM. 3/22/2010 3:40PM CST

I just got a call from this number( 2028705954), I wasnt able to pick up, but when i called back it was a lady saying "you are calling from number 571-217-XXXX" which is my number, and it said "if this is the number you wish to move press 1"...I mean,, wtf.. why would i want to move my number, and to where?... these calls are getting me so frustrated, THIS IS A SCAM CALL DO NOT ANSWER

I don't know who this is, except that it is from Washington, DC
