Robo-call from "Student Loan Release Center" that put me on hold to speak with an agent- then disconnected after 7 minutes.

called at 11:24am and didnt leave a voicemail

Received two calls f rom these people...first time I answered in Spanish and they hung up, within 30 minutes they call again Lady very rude saying WE KNOW YOU UNDERSTAND English! I replied very little and they hung up!!!

I receive this call all the time but anytime I answer, the person or system hangs up and when I call back it says "Sorry that mailbox is full...." Just kind of a nuisance, at least telemarketers speak.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A person at 11:15am on July 6 said that they sent THEM an e-mail, in addition to a call. I wish, if ANYBODY gets an e-mail from these SAME PEOPLE, you would post it here.

BUT, on the e-mail, (it needs to be a NON-mobile/NON-phone browser e-mail; or Outlook non-mobile, etc.// in other words, I need the email from a laptop, or desktop; or even, if you know how to make your online mail "Desktop View".)

There will be a link on the email that says, "DETAILS" (of the SENDER). That link ("Details"), may be hard to find, & cd be ANYWHERE on the email....but it WILL be there. It MAY say smthg VERY SIMILAR to "DETAILS."

When you click on it, It will look like just a big bunch of gobbledygook.
If you could copy and paste ALL OF THAT HERE (all of the gobbledygook), or, if we can figure out a way to get it to me (shdnt be too hard!), then......

I will be able to tell you WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE, EXACTLY WHAT (PHYSICAL) ADDRESS THEY ARE CALLING FROM, THE PHONE SERVICE(S) THAT THEY ARE USING; THEIR PHONE NUMBERS; AND A WHOLE LOT MORE. I will REPORT IT TO THEIR CARRIERS (ONLY THE BEGINNING). THEN THE PO-lice come in (or FBI - since it's interstate FRAUD).

IF THAT'S TOO COMPLICATED, AT LEAST MAKE SURE THAT THEY -ARE- THE SAME 2 (CALL & EML FRM SAME PEOPLE), & JUST POST ON HERE THAT YOU GOT AN E-MAIL FROM THEM.
WE'LL FIGURE OUT A WAY FOR YOU TO GET ME THE E-MAIL.

I'll put a STOP TO THIS BY CHARGNG THEM W/SEVERAL FELONIES. (Wire Fraud; Fraud; Govt Impersonation, etc, etc,,,) THIS may make OTHERS THINK TWICE!!

if you DID get an email from these same ones that are calling, (prolifically, lately) I am going to check this page tomorrow afternoon (Fri, 7/8/16).

You check back too, please, & I KNOW a way that you can EASILY post what I need, I'll show you how.

AND THEN... I'll turn their a$$es in, and hopefully STOP THIS CRAP. THANKS!!
