They call at least once, often twice every day. They never leave a message, but there is often a long period of "dead air" with some background noise left on our answering machine. Obviously, it must be some sort of robo-call.

We don't know who this Lester Inc. is. I heard back ground noise and heavy breathing and then the line went dears.

They call and don't leave a verbal message but let the VM run with background noise/breathing. We are on do not call and have no collections agencies after us so we don;t know why they keep calling.

I received a call from this number but when I answered, nobody speaks. I know somebody is there because I hear background noise and heavy breathing. When I returned the call using my caller ID there is no answer. By researching this number on the Internet, I found out it is from Lester Co. and they run the gamut from telemarketing to collection agencies. One sleuth from the Internet found out that the president of the company lives in CT and suggested we call there house every time we receive a harassing call. I am sure he doesn't appreciate it either. I will let the authorities step in and make a formal complaint through the proper channels if these calls persist.
