I had a missed call on my cell - I have limited minutes so don't pick up unless I recognize the #. Credit card services (not sure the same #) calls our land line all the time telling us we can get lower interest rates. We pay our bills in full, so don't have interest rates.

These people call multiple times a day threatening legal action. I don't have any credit cards and haven't for years. I also don't owe anyone any money
