indian woman called and threated to sue me i contacted the authorites it looks like these people get people numbers somehow and threaten them after i called

This was listed as a call back number for an "Officer Sherry" at the Dept. of Investigation. From a google search on the number, it is a scam. The actual number on my caller ID was 052569163. They used broken English and when I called the number back, I couldn't understand half of what they were saying and the phone was breaking up. Apparently, they were looking for someone that had been using my number as a reference. They threatened legal action .. they didn't ask for $$, but other posts show that they have. IGNORE THE CALL .. change your number if necessary.
