Caller, named "Harry Joseph", calling from foreign call center (very heavy East Indian accent and lots of background noise) asked for me by name and told me that he was working for Microsoft Windows and that they were receiving error messages from my computer. He then went on to ask if I had heard of Microsoft, "based in Washington state" and did I have access to my computer and could I turn it on. I told him that I would call him back. He mentioned to be sure to ask for him by name or by his employee number of 5400 (as there as so many Microsoft employees). Number indicated is the call back number I was given; call display indicated unknown number.
