I have received several calls at my home from these people saying that they have a case with my name on it and they know my ssn. When I called back and talked to them, they were very defensive and aggressive, wouldn't tell the name of the company and threatened with court proceedings. I haven't ever taken a payday loan they are saying that is defaulted.
