call originate in seattle,wa no msg, nothing, just harassing calls all hours of day and night

hang up of u answer. don't answer if u call back.

caller i.d. shows as debt collector, rings 2x, and hang up. Called 3 x on Sun. at 3:43 pm, 4:04 pm, and 4:30 pm, then Mon. morning at 9:00 a.m. I was told that it is unlawful for them to call on non-business days (i.e. weekends or holidays). Thru a check on this number on other sites, if you ever get an actual person, they don't even tell you who the debt is from, are argumentative, and call people who don't actually have a debt or for some name the person does not know. Is this possibly someone trying to hack phone or hijack personal info??

Called me on Sunday evening trying to collect if I'm right they are not allow to bother people during certain hours and days by the fair collection act
