Calling me at all hours. Asking for my Capital One account even though I repeatedly told them I do not have an account with Capital One. I strictly work only with Navy Army FCU.

They call all the time multipul times a day from 8 in the morning until 11 at night! Very Rude comments such as being called low life retards for not paying bills...I owe no bills to anyone I know this is fake. Other times I pick up and hear nothing but people screaming in the background. SICK OF IT!
