Called from this #, at 6:40am 14 June, then from 202-864-0149 at 10:40pm 14 June, then 5:10am 15 June.

They called me and said that I had to pay them 7500.00, and if I didn't pay they would send the police in 30 minutes.

got call from 206-823-3816 said his name was Donald Brown from IRS filing lawsuit he had my address after I gave my phone # then hung up

being sued, told me had to go nearest CVS or Walgreens to buy a prepaid tax card and that I actually needed to stay on the line while I drove down there and he would give me the instructions on how to buy it once I got down there, first sent letter and then followed up with 7am phone call.

Got a voicemail, left at 6:07 am, saying the IRS is filing lawsuits against me & to call this number immediately. 206 is a Seattle WA area code, However, my caller ID said the call came 970 351-6488 from which is a Greeley CO number. I've had a couple of calls like this before and just got another one while I was writing this, but it was from this number, which was listed as 'unassigned'. Definitely a scam. Even when I don't answer they leave messages saying that I need to call them immediately, because IRS has filed a lawsuit against me.

I've gotten 3 voicemails today alone informing me that there's a lawsuit against me and telling me to call back. They are calling almost every day.

This one was better quality than the other one. I would have definitly believed this one, if they hadn't already called me with the more "obvious" fake call a week earlier...so I was more prepared, and didn't get upset over this call, just Googled it, found you guys, and now my mind is at ease again. The other number they called me from (same area code) was 206-420-0787, and that recording was more obvious. Poor quality, referenced "magistrate" (I'm in U.S. not U.K.) they call my landline, so I'm not sure how to block, but they'd just get a different number anyway. :-b

Called me today and left a message stating that the IRS was filing a law suit against me. I called back and no one answered. Total scam.

they called and asked for name then social when I asked if it was a scam they said no and I hung up called back and a Mexican man was yelling at me saying I was calling his house and to stop. scammers.

yes they keep calling me and they ask me how to spell my name, the I guess they look for my address to " confirm " all they want is my social number. And when I ask to go speak to someone personally they all of a sudden can't hear me. At first I was scare I did some thing wrong but they also called me for my sister and won't ever say what the matter is regarding about.
