had this number call my cell almost everyday but didnt aswer due to not knowing who it is.

They call all day long, I do scan my calls meaning that I do not pick up the calls if I do not know who it is. The called ID says: CARD SERVICES. I do not have any cards that have issues or any credit on them right now so know it has nothing to do with that. They call a few times a day and I can not get it to stop.
