So tired of pre-recorded calls from "Account Services" telling me I may be paying too high a rate on my credit card (well Duh!). I thought this was what the No-Call List was supposed to prevent. The script from this one goes: "(Giggle) Hi. This is Leah from account services" - and then I hung up. My number reject list on my phone is up to about 50 now - virtually all of them from "Account services" or something like that. If you try to call them back, the call will not connect/cannot be completed.
