there are reports all over the internet but they're dated 2008, now it's back. blacklist it.

Got two calls from these jokers five minutes apart on May 21st, 2010. The ID said "Rexburg". I said nothing the first time and heard a dialtone a few minutes later. They called back and left an automated message about some political candidate who will be in my Albuquerque area tomorrow. (Never heard of the guy.) I said nothing again and heard the dial tone.
So picking it up and saying nothing does not work. I am on the DNC and it doesn't work either.
