This number offered to install a free alarm system in my home. GE Alarm system is what he said, if I agreed to let him plant an advertisement in my front yard. Scam Scam Scam, scam at best, burglars at worst...

This number calls frequently on my personal cell phone and doesn't leave a message. I called the number on a land line and it states "this survey is not closed. If you would like to be removed from our list, press 9" - which I didn't.
