Scam they supposedly calling to assist you with mortgage assistance but they refuse to give me the name of the company they just kept saying we are lender assistance dept. And i was put on hold while she asked her supervisor of she could disclose the company that she was employed by. And her supervisor told her that she couldn't. So I said your a legitimate company that's going to assist me with my loan and you can't disclose who your employer is. And all he kept repeating was we work for several companies. Lol . Joke. I said you expect me to give you information and you can't even tell me who you are employed by. I said you have to work for someone, you know like who writes your paycheck, who's the company name on your check. They wouldn't give it they said after we transfer you will be the company that's handling it. They said you need assistance on your loan. I said I didn't call you , you called me. And i said who's your supervisor and he goes ok alright then and hangs up on me. And when you call it back it says it a non working number . Now only the government can do crap like that.
