I keep getting this number calling, no one speaks. They hang up without saying anything. I blocked one almost identical to this one

claiming to be a goverment grant agency wanting private information to transfer money into your account.
They stated that my banking account number was needed to transfer funds.
Loan Scam
when u call the number back it says it incorrect.
