continues to call even after being told in writing to stop

Received calls from this number as well as others that happen to pertain to American Express. The other numbers are:
1- 1-623-492-7299 - comes up Arizona on caller id
2. 1-212-365-4761; - comes up American Express on caller id
3. 1--954-503 1801 - comes up Florida on caller id.

No messages were left. Annoying and harassing. Going to authorities to file complaint against them. Had enough. Beware.

Receaving multiple calls from number claiming to be American Express. Robo message left on ans machine but no one answers in person when the phone is picked up.

They contacted me regarding the interest rates for an AmEx card I was supposed to have. They asked for my account number and full name. As I had never had an AmEx card in my whole life, I told the lady she must be mistaken. They persisted and call me now almost everyday. I blocked it now.
