Someone is “spoofing” one of the company’s DID contact numbers in his Caller ID. The person is telling people they will be arrested for check fraud and he represents an attorney’s office. The person sounds like he is calling from overseas.

The caller is dropping several different numbers for call backs; 818-337-3054, 818-337-3040 337-3030, 213-330-2180, 408-462-6582 and 902-447-3361. The consumer has called several of them, 818-337-3054 and 818-337-3040 actually resulted in live calls with the person who hung up once the consumer attempted to get information.

The company’s number being “spoofed” is 212-444-6661.

The cosnumer has recieved close to 200 calls per day for the past week from people reporting that his company called them.

many different types of prescription medications. I can get specifics, but I'm very dubious to put in a whole bunch of work for this complaint, if someone is just going to brush it off.
