In neither cases, do these companies state they have a relationship with American Legal Services.

In my case, I contacted my local Sheriff's office, and gave them the phone number and recordings. The main reason behind this is because they threatened my kids (good luck to your kids, was the ending message they sent me).

The police recommend you just block their numbers and ignore them. This is a true scam.

I got a call from these clowns claiming to be from American Law Division stating I owed their client money for an unpaid loan. They said they had emailed me several times and called with no response. There is no loan and there were no emails or calls before today. I hung up, and the phone keeps calling, I've counted 20+ calls from them in one day. They use different numbers, this is one of them.
