The caller did not provide his name. It was extremely difficult to understand him and he was only calling me because someone had put me down as a reference. I asked him to stop calling me and he he refused. He continued to call 16 times within an hour. If I did not answer, he would hang up and call back immediately. I have no idea who this person is or where they are calling from.
