This number has called my phone several times a day in the last few days. It wants me to press 1. I have not pressed 1.

Caller ID showed phone number as 214-220-3821/Privacy Manager and when I answered "Hello," operator stated, "Press 1 to see who is calling. In just a moment it will be your caller calling back." I did NOT press anything and NO ONE called back. This has happened several times over the last few months.
