I have had 6-8 calls from this number. They claim I filled out a form that said I want to lose weight and how much do I want to lose. Ask them to take me off call list, but never happened, now they are blocked.
Who ever this is keeps calling me even after I have said no I'm not interested. They keep calling back every few minutes.

I HAVE GOTTEN 20 CALLS IN THE PAST TWO DAYS . MOST ARE HANG UPS .. HAVE TALKED TO A LIVE PERSON AND ASKED TO STOP . THEY CALLED RIGHT BACK .
