I have had the same calls from this Steve William saying he's with the federal crimes investigation and has my name and ssn and there are charges that I can be arrested for at my home or work. Says I owe $1133. Would not give any information as to the company or any sort of claim or account number. Wanted me to send $500 initally and make payments on the rest. Told me to send the money either Western Union or Money Gram to attn Geraldine White, in Newark NJ and then call them back with the 8 or 10 digit number. After I had already faxed them my information to charge my debit card, I cancelled that card immediately. They have called back several times since then and have only left two messages for me to contact them to settle out of court. They are calling again after they told me that the last call would be the last attempt.

"Officer Pete Williams" from Federal Crimes Investigation called and told me they had my name and SSN and I will be arrested if I don't call back. I've had calls like this before and they are total SCAM! He couldn't even pronounce my last name correctly! The same guy -- he just changes names! What an Indian accent! It's always the same voice but a different phone number. Can't these rude, thieving people be stopped?

called stating frderal investigation my husband asked him for a badge number the man with an accent would not give him one and wouldnt share the information with my husband he jjust kept saying im under an investigation and i need to call back and then started saying i was going to be arrested and then started swearing at my husband and threating

Keep getting calls will not pick up recently scammed from someone just like them for $1250 they had me believing they were ligitamate after trying to call back number was always busy then finally disconnected, same thing telling me I will be arrested.

Called and left me a message that the police were gonna come to my work. I called back and asked for his badge number and it was 57. Hung up on me several times. I don't know how they get my number but it upsets me.
