(214) 382-9115

The number 214-382-9115 on caller ID is from a caller that has Comcast as their phone provider. If the subscriber calls a number within their own area code the caller ID displays their actual phone number, but for some reason if they make a call to a different area code than which they are located the caller ID will show that 214-382-9115. So callers could be legitimate business calls, friends out of area, telemarketers, or scams. When my friend in Washington calls me its shows the number 214-382-9115 on my caller ID because he uses Comcast phone service at his business. Call Comcast and complain 800-934-6489.

This is a different twist; a family member tried to call my home phone number (not even close to this one) from a 907 number, and got this one instead. Anyone have a clue as to how this happens?

We received calls from this number saying his name is Timothy Anderson and that our electric company is going to disconnect our electricity as we has a past due bill of $1489.52. needless to say he gave boagas electric company and seeings how I had the electric bill in front of me and it was not due for 2 weeks.

He gave a call back # of 302-918-4750 ext:1212, I called that number and he did not answer but returned my call within 5 minutes

I did report it to my electric company so they would know this was going on.
